Belated 58th Annual Hudson Halloween Window Painting Event
Saturday, Oct. 19 and Sunday, Oct. 20 from 8 am-2 pm in Downtown Hudson
Important: Information for both artists must be entered correctly to receive window assignment & communications.
Artist submits artwork to their school – High School office or Middle School resource center. Please remember to write the name(s), grade(s), e-mail(s) and phone number(s) of the artist(s) on the back of the artwork! Please highlight the name of the registered student. Please write neatly as we need to be able to read it to receive a window.
BOTH steps need to be completed by October 8 for a window assignment!

WAIVER
By registering for this event the parent/legal guardian of the student(s) participating: (1) expressly waives any rights or claims that he or she may have, either individually or on behalf of the student participant(s) named on this form, against Hudson PTO or any party associated with this event, and agrees to hold them harmless for any injuries the student participant may suffer in association with this event and (2) assumed financial responsibility for any property damage occurring during this event as a result of the student participant's actions.
By purchasing, you agree that all of the information entered is correct and understand that if you have entered bad information or have typos that this could result in not receiving important emails or potentially having your Halloween window given away to another person.
Please Note: Once you have successfully completed your registration and payment for this event, you will receive a confirmation email from Hudson PTO.
Remember: Halloween windows assignments will be communicated on October 17.
